New police chief in Andover.

Title says it all, being close nit with the previous chief, and the police department as a whole, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with "Andovers class A" difficulties.

I'm not a resident of Andover so I never struggled in this area, but I know it's near to the top of the list of "class B" only licenses.

Not sure who you're talking to but Andover has been issuing LTC-A Unrestricted for a while now. Has this changed since the shooting in Sandy Hook, CT.?
