We are pleased to announce that Bill Jeans is coming out to train those that are not faint of heart. For those of you that are not familiar with Bill, here is a little background from his web site.

Bill Jeans Director, Morrigan Consulting
For seven years Bill was the Operations Manager and Chief Rangemaster for Gunsite Training Center. He was an Adjunct Instructor there from 1980 until taking the Operations Manager position in 1990.
Bill retired from the Clovis, CA Police Dept. in 1990 as Sergeant, having been responsible for all tactical firearms training for that agency. He directed the firearms and tactics training block for the State Center Peace Officer's Academy in California for over four years.

Bill is certified by the commissions on Peace Officer's Standards and Training in the states of Alaska, Arizona and California as a general and tactical firearms instructor.

Bill is currently a certified Arizona Peace Officer, working as a Reserve Deputy for the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, where he works as a patrol deputy and Tactical Operations Unit member.

Bill is also the author of several state-approved instructor programs, both when as a police trainer and while at Gunsite Training Center. He is a contributing author to Fighting Firearms Magazine and The Tactical Edge, the magazine of the National Tactical Officer's Association.

Morrigan Consulting offers training primarily to law enforcement. Fulfilment of these training obligations make up a majority of the company's business. However, training classes are made available to qualified private citizens on a by request basis.

Interested parties may contact Morrigan Consulting for more information on class size and availability

NOTE: Morrigan Consulting offers training only to those of verifiable character. Therefore, minimum credentials for inclusion in any Morrigan Consulting course is written proof of no prior criminal history or a valid CCW permit

It looks like he runs some excellent courses.

I'll second the question: What's he planning on teaching when he comes out?

We are still discussing the exact class content. It will be either the patrol Pistol, the Advanced pistol class or a mixture of both. Part of that decision will be based upon the skill level of those that sign up. I will keep you all up to date as our discussions progress. This class was requested by members of the Nashua ploice Department who shot in the Louis Awerbuck class. Just as an aside the four shooters from that Nashua PD that we shot with in that class were very, very good shooters and great guys to take a class with.
