Of the 45 Declared Goals of the Communist Take over of America, it think Goal # 39 needs to be looked at today.

"#39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals."

Heck, let's throw number 42 in there too, I think it has some relevence:

I'm sure you knew this, but The Naked Communist was written in 1958 during the Red Scare, at a time when the FBI posed a threat to the communist movement. How the times have changed...

Sure, I just don't see why it's posted here with such fond nostalgia. Does anyone think that HUAC was a good thing? Grandstanding politicians and kangaroo courts are how civil rights die.

This thread wouldn't have been posted unless some here thought it were relevant to modern times. I just thought it would be more honest to post the ugliness too and not just cherry pick to smear Democrats.
