Monson USPSA match times listed

If someone could confirm the time for Monson this Sunday it would be appreciated. Time is listed 9:30am-1:30pm; however, when you click "more details" it lists 1:30pm-5:30pm. I am thinking it could be an error; but, with the range conditions perhaps it was pushed back for set-up??

it shows up as 9:30 - 1:30 for me..
