I have a winch that was removed from my Land Cruiser over the winter and I would like to sell it. I dont believe I ever had it hooked up correctly, or more likely I didnt have a good enough power steering pump to provide enough flow and pressure to get it to work at peak performance. It works fine, but I found it would stall a lot while under moderate loads.
It comes with the remote, roller fairlead, cable, hook, hoses and all the adaptors I could find. This design isnt as fast as an electric winch, but it will pull all day long without overheating. I'm sure if you have the correct pump, you'd be in good shape. Most american built trucks have enough flow and pressure to run these winches. If you have a snow plow pump, it will connect right to this and you will definitely have enough flow and pressure.
