Luger 1900, German markings. Nitro Proof. She is looking for $2750 obo. DVM Markings, looks like it was a US Military import from 1900-1903. Chambered in 9mm, 4" barrel. All numbers seem to match although I haven't pulled the firing pin out to check, but everything else matches. Magazine does not match serial number (rare that they do, would be worth a lot more if so).
Ma LTC required. All laws followed. Transfer via FFL or Personal transfer via EFA. Located in Newton/Needham
