LTC without a DUI conviction?

I have a friend who would like to get his LTC but was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs. There was no conviction and was dismissed. This also happened when he was 20yrs old back in 2009.

Read some of the other threads on the same (or alcohol) topics. He'll need a copy of the court docket sheet, a letter explaining what happened and why he no longer does that stuff, etc. Depending on the town, a lawyer consult PRIOR to filing may be appropriate.
