LTC renewal

Hey folks,

I don't know why I got this into my head, but I thought LTC's were good for 7 years. That is, after they stopped making them lifetime, they made them good for 7. But, I just checked the current regs and it says 6. Did they change it?

It means my wife's expired 6 months ago, the reminder I put in my calendar just pinged me to start the renewal process.

It was never 7. It was 4 and went to 6.

If you have an LTC, there's no real problem - you have custody of the guns, so that's not an issue.

Have her apply for a renewal, ASAP.

You start the renewal, as well.

An FID card not a LTC was good for life unless it was revoked or suspended.
