LTC Application in Tewksbury and Procedure

Hi all, I am a new member here, and would like some info.
I live in Tewksbury, and just completed the required training course for the LTC (Class A). I am filling out the application for the LTC, and I wonder if Tewksbury is tough on granting Class A's without restriction, and is there certain language that should be used (or not used)when answering the "reason for requesting the issuance of card or license:" Also, what is the exact procedure? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For my first card, I put a lengthy explanation as to why, then on the card it just said "all lawful purposes". For the renewal I just put "all lawful purposes" anyway, since I knew that's what they're going to do. Towns differ though, so not sure about Tewksbury even though it's near me. masscarry.org doesn't have a report on that town, so once you complete the process it'd be nice to send them some info.
