I Received a copy of this manual from one of the members of the Worcester Emergency Communications Team. I figured it might be of use to some of us..

While it is not 100% applicable to what we do in an EmComm role, I
believe this document is a good reference to be reviewed by all EmComm
communicators:

It is the latest copy of the National Interop Field Operations Guide.

Also of interest, stay tuned to the changes that the ARRL is making to
the EmComm courses. Today, we have Level 1, 2, and 3 training. In
the near future, Level 1 will become 'Introductory' and Levels 2 and 3
will be replaced with a single 'Advanced' course.
