I would ask how many were the intended target? Remember how the lit up the wrong truck going after Dorner ie wrong brand, make, color and carrying two small hispanic woman rather than a large black male. 100 rounds fired and only hit one woman in the shoulder.

So how many innocent people were hit because the "highly trained" LAPD can't hit a barn wall from the inside of the barn.
