Surprisingly enough, a semi-auto only version would probably be MA OK...

It has 2 evil features, or is easily modified to only have 2. Detachable Mag and Folding Stock.

From what I have seen and heard of this gun, they have taken a relatively simple design (the SMG) and made it extremely complex. I don't think this gun is going anywhere.

Not sure what kind of mags this thing takes, but I doubt you'd have an easy time finding a 10 rnd mag for this. Judging by the length of the mag well, it screams Hi Cap.

It takes Glock mags. In order to have 30 rounders, they sell kit that extends the factory Glock magazine to hold 30 rounds.
