Is Chelmsford still green? Last update was in 2006.

My son will be applying for his LTC in Chelmsford. I searched the thread on town ratings and one of the most recent ones said that there was going to be a new chief in town. That was a 2006 reply to the thread. Anyone recently get their LTC in Chelmsford? Thanks.

It sure is. I got mine in May and my wife just got hers in December. Both are unrestricted. The Detective that does the licensing is a nice lady. It takes maybe 4 weeks. Your son shouldn't have any trouble. Good Luck!
