No competition experience required! If this is your first time, simply see one of the HSA folks and they will brief you.
Come one, come all. The only requirement is that you are SAFE.

The match: $3.00 per entry; 8 person relays; $6.00 to winner; $3 for second place.

Relay winners get an extra target for all subsequent entries.

What? No cheap Table Talk Pies as prizes this year???? Whoa! Coming out of retirement for cash prizes. Though not a chance in hell of winning......

Jacketed or lead ammo or either one? Also when would the next one be if I don't make it tonight, I just found out about it today?

I’m off work all next week with not much planned -sadly. Friggin cold!

Anyway, I thought about making the hour and 15 min ride out there for something to do Wednesday night...

About how long does it usually last for? Don't really want to make that drive/pay toll just to shoot for an hour.

How long the match goes on is entirely dependent on how many people show up. We've had some where only a few people came out and those ended by 7pm or so. We've had others where we finally had to say "enough's enough" after 15 relays....

Thanks. I’ll see how I feel on Wednesday and decide if I want to make the drive down there...

Do you guys try to break up the shooters into classes? I wasn’t sure if you’ll have someone who’s a GM shooting against a C shooter etc. I realize it’s all for fun but was just curious.

No classes but we use a handicap system - when a person wins a relay we put their name on the list. Each relay after that you get an extra piece of steel to hit for every time your name shows up on the list. No one loads more than 10 rounds, everyone is using iron sights unless there’s enough people with dots to run a full relay for Open
