Individual pistol training in Metro North/West

What's the best approach to finding a certified trainer to spend an hour or two with me at their range?

I'm looking for reasonably priced one-on-one training in basic pistol skills (grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, etc.), eventually moving on to more advanced topics.

There are training listings galore here on NES, but many are very old and it can be tough to figure out who's still operating and where they are located.
