IN - Clerk Shoots & Kills Armed Would-Be Robber

A clerk fired back when two men attempted to rob his convenience store early Thursday morning at a Q Mart in Jeffersonville.

Police said two armed suspects rode to the store on bicycles. One of them tried to push a window open and that's when the suspects were met with a gun pointed in their face.

Police said the suspects were trying to leave the Q Mart with a handful of cash; instead, one of them left in an ambulance with several gunshot wounds.....

One of the two men police linked to an attempted robbery at a Jeffersonville convenience store has died.

The deputy Jefferson County coroner said Terry L. Wilson, 21, of Baltimore, died Saturday morning at University Hospital from multiple gunshot wounds.

A clerk shot Wilson three times during Thursday's attempted robbery at the Q-Mart on Allison Lane.....
