How do you post a picture?

I started to use Imgur as a host after the photobucket debacle. I posted a pic here but it was a link to imgur and it shows the whole post format of imgur. Is there a way to clean that up or use a better host?

You don't need to use an outside host anymore - there are no limitations to attachments, so just attach here to your heart's desire.
