Hot loads in .45 Colt- Which powder?

I would like to come up with some hunting loads for my .45. I am looking at Lil Gun, H110 or W296 for powders. Which one will fill the bill?

H110 and W296 are identical in performance (same powder, different label).
They can give high velocities in heavy loads.
Both need magnum primers and a good heavy crimp.
Heavy loads are not for Colt SAA or Ruger New Vaquero or other Colt SAA clones.

+1000 on 296 and H110 I use them both in my heavy colt loads.

Back when I had a 45 Colt (Ruger Blackhawk), I used 296 for my loads.

Check the manuals for Ruger/ TC load info.
H110 & 296 are both good for these pistols. Unique is also good for around 1050 fps w/ 260g cast bullets, and very accurate.
Above not for Colt's, or clones! Also the new Ruger Vaquero.
