I added a an extra tablespoon of butter and an extra egg this time. I'm trying to get to the ultimate soft burger bun.

I have been making bread for awhile now. Haven’t perfected burger buns. But. Bar room pizza dough is spot on.

Just your run of the mill ones. I have been using them for years. Probably from Amazon or Walmart. I've got a batch of my wife's wild apple, pear, and choke cherries sauce in a water bath.

The sauce had been canned. No failures to seal. Woohoo! I started reusing lids when everyone became a "canner" during covid. Some lids have been used five times.

Me too. But there is nothing better on the planet than a burger with patties in place of the bun. Messy but delicious
