I have a pound of H335 and lots of 2230 so I'm not interested in working up a load
for the 335. I would like to use the powder up so I was interested in what you guys
might be using for a load. I will be shooting a Rem 7.5 Bench Rest Primer, LC or R-P
brass, a 55gr FMJBT bullet and it will be shot out of a Stag 20 inch upper.

Thanks

You really should check the manuals but without going down to my shop, around 26grains should do it. That has been the powder of choice by lots of AR folks.

I have. I was interested in your pet loads. Here is my load sheet for .223:

I use 25 grains of H335 with a 55gr FMJBT and it's worked well so far. I haven't had a chance to run it through the chrony yet but it should be around 3000-3100 FPS if my load book is correct.

25 grains of H335 with 55 gr bullet. Have loaded thousands with this combo.

Me too. This is my "standard" 55gr load.

Didi you work up a load for the 2230? I'm interested because it's the only powder I seem to be able to find in quantity. I haven't loaded any with it yet.

Not yet. I've been shooting W748 (26.0gr) up to now. Before I shoot my 2230 I plan on
using up the H335 on range fodder, then I can get down to work on the 2230.
