Possibility of missing guns at Remington Arms

(WKTV)--Numerous community members have inquired about the possibility of a large amount of missing guns at Remington Arms in Ilion.
Those who reached out to NEWSChannel 2 say they had information from people inside the plant. Those anonymous sources said the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, is looking into a report of several missing guns at Remington Arms.
One source emailed NEWSChannel 2 reporters, that person wrote, "Remington has the ATF going back in to the Arms this Wednesday. ATF was in there approximately a month ago and there was guns missing from the plant."
Union president for Remington Arms Fran Madore said he is not aware of this incident, and the Ilion Mayor, Terry Leonard had a similar response.
After several attempts to contact the company, Remington Arms has yet to confirm these details.
