I just wanted to let members know about the Gun Rights Radio Network. This is a group of talented podcasters who produce programs about guns, handguns, Second Amendment Issues and everything in between. I recently placed a poster at State Line Gun Shop in Mason, NH http://gunrightsradio.com/forums2/index.php/topic,1855.0.html

I'm not a paid promoter, just a strong advocate for the network hoping to let more gun lovers know there is a place to listen to programs about guns and they are all free! When you hear, "Network" you immediately think of a large corporation, but this is so far removed from that image. One gentleman, Mark Vanderberg is a factory worker in South Bend, IA who is passionate about our Second Amendment Rights and started podcasting. From that he connected with other similar minded podcasting folks and they joined forces to form GRRN. They don't make any money from the podcasts and any donations they get are placed right back into the network to improve broadcast quality and promotoinal ideas.

Go to http://gunrightsradio.com/

At the top of the page you will see buttons for each of the podcasts and on the left hand side of the page are links to subscribe to them through iTunes or Zune. I have been listening to all of these different podcasts and find them to be quite entertaining and informative.

I particularly like ProArms http://proarms.podbean.com/ Hosted by Jon STRAYER, Terri STRAYER, Massad AYOOB, Steve DENNEY, Gail PEPIN, Herman GUNTER, Chris CHRISTIAN, & Mike LARNEY. The wealth of information collectively from this group is amazing.

The Urban Shooter with Kenn Blanchard http://urbanshooter.blogspot.com/ is another good program with some quirky humor. Kenn is a minister of a small church in DC, but is a strong gun rights advocate. You may have seen his Zombie Targets http://kennblanchard.com/cool-stuff/zombies/ he is selling to raise money for a van for his youth ministry.

The Gun Rights Advocate is Mark Vandergerg's original podcast. http://gunrights.us/ Mark focuses of promoting and protecting our 2nd Amendment Rights

Eric Shelton hosts the Handgun Podcast in Arizona and has an interesting perspective of owning and carrying handguns although he is an AR-15 guy at heart. http://handgunpodcast.com/

The GunDudes bring their own twisted humor about guns in a round table forum. Hosted by Carl, Stan & Tom they bring the weekly news about people defending themselves and rib on one another about their gun exploits. http://www.gundudes.com/

Tony Brown hosts the Firearm Cafe and I was so pleased when he reviewed the 60 minutes program and Diane Sawyers corrupt and disingenuous "If Only I had a Gun" Because I certainly couldn't stomach watching the program without my blood pressure sky rocketing. http://firearmscafe.com/

For those who like to hear about Armed Citizens in defense of their Lives and Propety Mick McArt broadcasts "The Armed Citizen" This can come in handy if you do a lot of driving and don't have time to read the latest NRA magazines. http://armedcitizenpodcast.com/

The Gunfighter Cast is less frequently released podcast, but the two guys who produce this are former military and have great insight to certain training techniques and other veiwpoints http://www.gunfightercast.com/wordpress/

Gun Nation hosted by Doc Wesson and the Militant Marksman with Host Sean Horton have both been on hiatus for the past few months so I don't know if they will be broadcasting again in the future.

Finally, the Gun Review Podcast is the brain child of Mark Vanderberg. This program does not have a designated host, but is set up so any listener can create their own review of any gun and submit it to be released on the podcast. So if you have a favorite gun and want to tell everyone else about it, review it and submit it. http://gunreviewpodcast.com/

Finally, I want to share two other programs that are not on the GRRN but are great to listen to.

Armed American Radio, sponsored by the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). They just went on the air in April and is hosted by Mark Walters. the same Mark Walters who writes his own column in Concealed Carry magazine. http://armedamericanradio.org/ Great interviews with Massad Ayoob, Dick Heller and other gun industry figures.

GunTalk Radio with Tom Gresham is the last show some may find entertaining.
Tom Gresham is known for his Gun Talk Radio Program and he is producing Personal Defense on the Sportsman's Channel. He also has interviews with gun industry leaders and when he doesn't have an interview he takes calls from listeners. http://www.guntalk.com/site.php

Sorry if this was too much or too long, but I took such a long time trying to find other venues to sastify my gun fix, I thought I'd share that info with others who are just as addicted.

I have been listening to Daniel and Justin on gunfightercast for a while. They are the real deal. Iraq veterans/weapon instructors. I think Gunfightercast is the best podcast on the network. Proarms is good too, but I haven't heard from them in a while.

Been over there with the same username for over a year now. I love Gun Dudes, Handgun Podcast, Urbanshooter and Proarms. I cannot say enough good about the people there!

I've been listening to the GRRN for well over a year now and there are a variety of different shows. 2 relatively new shows are Personal Armament with Rob Robideau and Handgun World with Bob Mayne, they are both pretty good podcasters. I've actually had several conversations with Mark Vanderberg who started the GRRN. He's just a regular Joe from Indiana working in a factory that produces parts for the auto industry. He's struggling to keep the network alive and it would be a great loss if it failed, so if you like the shows, do him a big favor and drop a donation in the bucket. I hate to sound like Public Radio, but they really are doing the gun community a great public service and they are driven by their sheer passion for the sport.
