Frame Purchase Question

Seeing as how PRM does not recognize the frame as a gun and the feds do,
can I purchase a 1911 frame from, say a seller in Wisconsin or another state,
and have it shipped from their FFL to a PRM FFL for the transfer (as long as
they will accept it and transfer it to me)?

Yes you can. I think there may be a Sticky on this subject in the "Build it Yourself" forum? Good luck finding someone to transfer it.
