Found this at GIM: Do Not Take A Swine Flu Vaccine!

late onset allergies can occur at any time. I'd highly doubt the flu shot caused egg allergies. I'd bet late onset egg allergies caused the sickness from the shot. Could be the other way around but that seems strange.

All flu vaccines use immunologic adjuvant's to increase efficacy. Egg embryo's are used in the process to host the flu culture, the connection here is not at all implausible, and more common than is reported.

The only people who got it were at Ft Dix? I was in California and somehow managed to get it. I f*ng thought I was going to die. I've managed to get a flu shot every single one of the 30+ years since and never had the slightest problem from any of them. If they ever start to run low on flu vaccine, don't get anywhere between me and the supply, or the flu will be the least of your concerns.

Ken (PhD, but who gives a shit, since it doesn't make me any more an authority than her's does.)
