FN 5.7 AR-15?

An oldtimer at my club Bought a FN 5.7 last year today he was inquiring about getting an AR chambered for the 5.7x28. I know there are specialized uppers chambered for this http://www.botachtactical.com/pwa57x28upper.html But because it is a 50 round magazine it is illegal in MA (or at least the magazine is). Does anyone know of a 5.7 upper that is fed by a standard style magazine in a conventional manner and configuration so that it would be MA compliant?

There is none. There are, however, 10 round magazines available for the PS90 and thus the AR57.

If I remember correctly, 5.7x28 was more expensive or equal to 5.56x45... and the fact that MA residents cant be trusted with a post ban high cap... whats the point??

Just because its kind of cool to have and AR with the magazine on the top that throws the spend brass out the original AR mag well straight down should be enough reason.
