WTS Fluke 99B Scope Meter

I have a Fluke 99B Scope Meter with all original parts and box. This unit works when plugged in but the battery does not hold a charge. This has seen very little use, it's just been sitting around. Asking $250.00 or best offer. I am located in Chelmsford and will ship insured at cost from USPS, but I would rather you pick up or we meet as I prefer that you check it out first.
