Does anyone have the new Fillable PDF application for the Massachusetts LTC. Would be greatly appreciated. I fear denial based on my handwriting.

Thanks!

An NES member, I think he was an attorney, was working on one a few years ago, but I don't know if he ever completed it. I came across this one a few months ago, but didn't look at it close enough to see if it's designed to meet different criteria that cities/towns may have or if it's even acceptable to use.

The one posted above is an obsolete version. It still lists the Class B LTC, and has the "old" question 10 about appearances as a defendant.

I posted one a few years ago, only to find out that I had reinvented the wheel. Rather than do that again, I poked around and found that the City of Worcester has a fillable PDF on their site.

Foxit PDF Reader has good limited markup ability for non-fillable PDFs. Basically "typewriter" the content.
The edits remain editable thru save/re-open, and are PDF-standard enough that other PDF editors and viewers can edit/view/select/copy the markups.

Go down to the local elementary school and have a teacher that is versed in teaching hand writing fill in the application for you. She might even be hot.
