Correct - the Judicial order enjoins the state, etc. from enforcing the Protect Illinois Communities Act.
Furthermore, the opposition (IL Atty General Kwame Raoul) has vowed to appeal.
Taking a step back .. no matter who wins/loses on appeal, the other side will disagree. As a subject resident of IL, this garbage act will likely go all the way to SCOTUS .. of course it remains to be seen whether or not SCOTUS would grant writ and hear the case.
