Scenario: gun owner has nonres LTC-A/unrestricted issued by the
state. Gun owner has apartment here, but apartment is NOT his
full time residence. If this gun owner keeps a gun stored in his
apartment here, does he have to register it on an FA-10 the same as a
resident would? I'm guessing the answer is "yes" (because the gun
stays here most of the time). Or is the question moot, because
nonresidents are NOT allowed to store firearms in MA? (and the nonres is
only good for temporary storage/transport/carrying in MA?)
