Anyone else try to make a 10 round mag by combining an ETS 9-round G43 mag with a Pearce +1?
The ETS takes “standard” floorplates.
Just couldn’t get it to work. It’s as if there is too much spring but that shouldn’t be the case. I even used a maglula in case it was just tight to get the tenth round in. But no luck.
It stands to reason I should have more length for the extra round and some spring. I assembled everything perfectly. :shrug:
Hey close enough, happy with 9 rounds plus one in chamber but on principle I wanted a full 10 in the mag.
