Its got the traditional Russian re-arsenal black/blued finish along with the line out square but the features alone make it worth the price and maybe more. Besides, standard Russian SKS rifles go for $300 these days, never mind a rarity like thet one.
From what I read on the SKS forums I'm guessing it caused a little bit of a stir but one of the regulars there wound up getting it.
