I didn't see any antennas on it, but it still could be a Ham.

With the Irish sticker under it, I would not suspect it was a HAM, but maybe someone who does an Irish music program on some station.

One of my friends has "ON AIR" as his plate, and works for 3 stations in the area.

There is an Irish shortwave station in Newton,MA. I tried to sign up for their website once and my computer had major warnings said it was infected. LOL.
