Ways back the quad used to show up at the machine gun shoot. Loved that! Did a number on the back stop though.
Going way back I remember my dad taking us to a machine gun shoot out in western MA. They had a mock up of a ball turret with a 50 cal . It was pretty cool. If my memory is correct it was from a early B17 front turret. You where kind of sitting on top of the gun. I got to sit in it and move the guns around. I was 12.
