Personally, I like phosphate coating with the chrome liner. Nitride is definitely easier to clean and smoother.
AO is on the same level as toolcraft.

Meh it was cheap thin plastic, finicky, wasnt even ergonomically designed. It basically had no usability other than a flimsy toy for an 8 year old.
