The Federal Court has ruled that CT is not giving due process in delaying all appeals to permit issues for 18 months.

Rulings like this will be very important going forward. Although CT will cave after this ruling, it is good to have previous judgements illustrating that Due Process and Equal Protection apply to 2A issues.

Unfortunately there is a bill in front of our esteemed law-writers that transfers the hearing of the appeal to the same body that issues the rejection. Hopefully they will hear our cires of 'fowl' and reject it.
