On the one hand, I applaud the honesty of those involved, where it is pretty obvious with no beating around the bush that the whole point is the girl is using her young hotness to be a gold digger to acquire material crap from a rich guy. Me too, although it doesn't look good. I guess he could try to claim it's just her word that they had sex and he paid her $500. Although, would anyone believe it? The article indicates the security cameras and other evidence show she was in the hotel with him for 50 minutes, so that's about right for screwing around. Age of consent in Texas is 17, and she's 16... I wonder how close to 17 at the time. Calling her the "victim" is absurd... you don't go to a "sugar daddy" site accidentally and just stumble into the hotel room with some guy. But if they have the sex pics, he's totally screwed and her word doesn't matter any more. It's probably a good idea if he stayed outside the country. He will not get a fair trial.
