Here's a pair I just got. They a bit of work (cleaning).
The top one has a very good bore by Chinese standards and the metal has good finish. It was made in 1954. The bottom one has a cruddy bore, no finish above the wood, and some pitting. It was made in 1953, the first year of production.
The hunt is on for slings that will match in condition to the rifles.

Slings that will look correct can be hard to come by. I know all too well the hunt for that certain sling. I'm still looking for a few myself for certain rifles. The rifles look good, and good luck with your search. If I see one on the net I'll send you a link.
 
I figure I won't find any Chinese slings and if I did, I probably wouldn't want to pay for them. I settle for beat up Russians and if I can't find any abused ones, I'll get some new ones. I'll leave them outside, drag them behind my truck, let the dog chew on them....You get the picture[wink]
