Up for sale is a NEW Century Arms (MKE) Ap5 RECEIVER. The receiver comes complete with the semi auto BCG, bolt, springs, pretty much everything except the trigger pack. DOES not come with a magazine, preban 30 round mags are plentiful but expensive ($120-150 each) or get 10 round MA compliant mags. These are the best deal out there if you want to do a true Mp5 Clone with the 8.9" barrel. These are not a legal pistol in MA (unless you are LE) but can be legally SBR'd, that's the only configuration that is legal to own these in MA unless you are LE. These are made on old H&K assembly lines by MKE in Turkey and they are high quality guns, they chug through any ammo and are super reliable and fun to shoot, a classic/favorite among many collectors for good reason.
We will provide partially pre-filled ATF fingerprint cards and also ink and can give some guidance on submitting the ATF Form 1 paperwork, there are lots of good online resources. Once you show us proof that you have submitted the ATF paperwork we will mail or you can pick up the trigger pack for free. You can SBR these without a stock in a pistol style but we strongly recommend buying a fixed stock ($180-200 for new), shop around HKparts.com there's a lot of options for customizing these. Factor in the Tax stamp + $200, a stock $200 and you are at $1800 which is about what the 16" PTR9's are going for, be patient with the form 1 and get the real deal. I've had people get the Form 1's approved in less than 2 weeks on these.
