Taurus 709 slim comes in tiffany blue, hot pink and lavender. Only the frames are colored. The slides are black.

Here's how it should work.

Buy the best firearm for her. Its a combination of compromises among power, capacity, size, weight, shootability and carryability.

Then if she doesn't like its color, change the color. It is foolish to select a firearm based on color.

If a woman can't see the merit in that argument then she isn't smart enough to carry a gun.

That's funny. I can't get my wife to carry even pepper spray either. And she loves to shoot. She just has no interest in carrying.
