Can't post Avatar pic

Whenever I go to the Edit Avatar page in my CP, I just see an empty pic window and a clicked radio button that says "Do not use an avatar". There's no "browse", "post", or any other kind of button to click to add a photo. And the Reset Fields button doesn't do anything. I've tested multiple browsers/platforms and received the same result.

Any ideas?

As stated above, you must be a paid member to have an avatar. However, there are many other benefits to being a green member.
