I have no idea what you are asking about.
However, EVERY 9mm M&P mag will fit in every M&P 9c and every full-sized gun will take any/every M&P 9mm mag, regardless if it is a crippled mag or full-capacity.
The metal tubes (and therefore the baseplates) of crippled mags are different than those for full-capacity mags in a given caliber. That could be what you are referring to, I suppose.
