Can someone tell me how to remove a listing???

Posted a handgun for sale I need to remove the post but no idea how to do that?

Mark it as sold. It will get flagged for removal from the mods.
Click edit listing, on the edit page, change the title, and the body of the ad to sold. There is also a drop down menu that says sold.
You personally cannot delete it.

Or you can just edit everything out of it adding just the word "Closed" in the title and body of the ad.
