can i sell/ship ammo, 25 rd mags and a post ban upper to someone in NY?

I have a buyer for my post ban rock rover 6.8 upper and ammo and 25 round mags. However he is located in NY state. If I am correct I cannot do this. Right?

I cant tell you about the ammo or upper but I know that New York state does not allow high cap mags. Are they post band mags?

Those mags sound like post ban hi caps and as such would be a no go.

As the others have said, if the hi-cap mags are "post-ban", they are illegal to possess in NY.

I don't believe the upper or the ammo is an issue, but IANAL.

It a possession issue for him, not an issue for you to sell.
