CA - Man Shoots 13 Year-Old Armed Would-Be Robber

A 13-year-old suspect was shot in the hand by an employee of the Garlic City Club early Tuesday after allegedly trying to rob the victim with two other individuals, according to the Gilroy Police Department.

Police said they received a 911 call reporting gunshots in the area of 40 Hornlein Ct. at 2:25 a.m.

The trio reportedly approached the employee while he was in his car, two of them armed with “unknown types of handguns.” After demanding money from the victim, the employee retrieved a loaded firearm from inside his vehicle.....
