OK when shipping a C&R rifle you have to ship to the address on the FFL, Everybody knows that, but I had a question from a buyer on Gunbroker who asked if I would use the USPS for the rifle as his FFL address is in Montana and he is in Florida and the PO will forward to him in Florida. I told him no way as he just told me that he was not at his FFL address, but if he had not mentioned that where would the legality stand on shipping? This is why I only ship FedEx as they will not forward but the PO will.
