If you go to this page at the USAMU webpage, you can get two .zip files of Power Point presentations that the USAMU uses to train soldiers. One is for Basic Rifle Marksmanship. The other is for the Squad Designated Marksman course that they put on in conjunction with the CMP. Each file is 25mb, but worth it if you are interested in military marksmanship.

They are straightforward without a lot of extraneous information. There is also a great video embedded in the PPP that shows what mirage looks like through a spotting scope.
