I have an antique farm house in Billerica for sale. 3 acres, huge 4 car garage, huge single car garage, huge storage shed, 7 room house with wrap around farmers porch. Very privet 2 miles to 495x37, 3 miles to rt3, 1 mile to commuter rail. No better property for commuters still with super privacy. I have it at 650 now but will entertain offers.
All buildings set 300 feet back from the road. Nearest neighbor is over 300 feet away. Plenty of trees between houses. Over 1 acre of flat spaces to store anything on wheels. Motor home, boat, tractor trailer, no problem. Big garage is 27x40 with 9 foot doors. Over an acre of field to entertain even play baseball no trouble. I could hit the road with a bat and ball when I was a kid if I got a good piece of it but 99% of hits stay in the yard.
