Whether or not it leaves the house?
whether or not it's in your car?
Whether or not you are a felon?
Whether or not you are insane...

Lets just assume I'm not an insane felon who lives in a communist county/city in new york that has its own even more commie gun control laws. I know all about not being able to keep the shottie ridin shotgun. I'm referring SPECIFICALLY to the Pataki AWB, does it ban the Benelli? That is kind of a simple question, but one that I don't know the answer to.
