Barrel identification

Hey guys, trying to identify a barrel this time. .308, very heavy, no gas block, so thinking it's to a bolt gun. Has 2 screw threads in the end for iron sights. M700 maybe? 28" long including threads.

British mark, I believe. Parker Hale Cadet L81 or M82?

It is for sure chambered in .308, if that helps. Right on the side, 7.62x51
