AQT Target Firing Procedure

I just need a little clarification on how the targets are fired on for qualification as rifleman. At the Mansfield mini, the target with the four sizes of targets on it was fired at the rate of 40 shots in four minutes. The timing listed on the targets for each stage is quite a bit different, more closely approximating NRA Highpower procedures. With my old eyes, I have enough trouble just using iron sights these days, nevermind having to get all 40 shots off in four minutes including reloading and getting in the sitting and prone positions.
